“This woman is phenomenal! She quietly worked all her life to raise 5 children … she put one through college and went back to school to update her skills after the factory where she worked making bullet-proof vests closed. She has 5 children, 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. We love flocking to her house for family meals and storytelling.”
She encourages her family to [take care of their health]. She is now recognized as an elder at the annual family reunion and we serve her like she’s royalty.
